Problem with mulebuy app - need help
I've been tracking mulebuy app updates for the past 24 months, and here's what changed:
- New interface rolled out about 7 weeks ago
- Shipping options expanded to include 16 new carriers
- Fee structure changed slightly (actually in our favor)
- Response times improved significantly
Overall, I'd say the platform is getting better. The app functionality specifically has seen 5 updates based on user feedback.
