mulebuy download walkthrough for new users

Update on my mulebuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with download. After reaching out to support (took 18 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 81% of users. Fixed within 53 hours.
