Update on my mulebuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with tracking.
After reaching out to support (took 2 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 90% of users. Fixed within 30 hours.
For anyone experiencing similar issues:
