Quick mulebuy qc question from a new user
Update on my mulebuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with qc.
After reaching out to support (took 17 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 95% of users. Fixed within 21 hours.
For anyone experiencing similar issues:
- Clear browser cache completely
- Try incognito mode
- If still broken, contact support with screenshots
- Response time was about 17 hours for me
