Quick mulebuy finds question from a new user
Update on my mulebuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with finds.
After reaching out to support (took 12 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 83% of users. Fixed within 42 hours.
For anyone experiencing similar issues:
- Clear browser cache completely
- Try incognito mode
- If still broken, contact support with screenshots
- Response time was about 22 hours for me
