My experience with kakobuy app for skincare

Update on my kakobuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with app. After reaching out to support (took 4 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 86% of users. Fixed within 6 hours.
