Problem with kakobuy qc finder - need help

Update on my kakobuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with qc finder. After reaching out to support (took 9 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 86% of users. Fixed within 70 hours.
