Update on my mulebuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with shipping.
After reaching out to support (took 4 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 89% of users. Fixed within 6 hours.
For anyone experiencing similar issues:
