Warning to others - be careful with cnfans link right now. There seems to be an issue with shipping calculations.
I placed an order 11 days ago and it's been stuck in processing. After contacting support, they said they're aware of the issue affecting some users.
Workaround that worked for me: try a different browser

Edit: Issue resolved after 39 hours. Apparently a server problem.
