Is cnfans app worth it? 35 day review

Update on my cnfans situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with app. After reaching out to support (took 10 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 79% of users. Fixed within 47 hours.
