cnfans sheets tips I wish I knew earlier

Update on my cnfans situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with sheets. After reaching out to support (took 17 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 87% of users. Fixed within 24 hours.
