After reaching out to support (took 10 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 71% of users. Fixed within 18 hours.
For anyone experiencing similar issues:

- Try incognito mode
- If still broken, contact support with screenshots
- Response time was about 28 hours for me
