Problem with cnfans discord server - need help

Update on my cnfans situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with discord server. After reaching out to support (took 20 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 70% of users. Fixed within 24 hours.
