cnfans pc walkthrough for new users

Update on my cnfans situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with pc. After reaching out to support (took 2 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 93% of users. Fixed within 26 hours.
