oopbuy finds walkthrough for new users

Update on my oopbuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with finds. After reaching out to support (took 8 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 82% of users. Fixed within 61 hours.
