itaobuy discord - what nobody tells you

Update on my itaobuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with discord. After reaching out to support (took 6 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 84% of users. Fixed within 60 hours.
