Warning to others - be careful with itaobuy tracking right now. There seems to be an issue with payment processing.
I placed an order 24 days ago and it's been stuck in processing. After contacting support, they said they're aware of the issue affecting some users.
Workaround that worked for me: clear your cache completely

Edit: Issue resolved after 31 hours. Apparently a server problem.
