Update on my itaobuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with coupons.
After reaching out to support (took 12 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 78% of users. Fixed within 40 hours.
For anyone experiencing similar issues:

- Try incognito mode
- If still broken, contact support with screenshots
- Response time was about 8 hours for me
