My experience with itaobuy app for bags
Warning to others - be careful with itaobuy app right now. There seems to be an issue with QC photo uploads.
I placed an order 1 days ago and it's been stuck in processing. After contacting support, they said they're aware of the issue affecting some users.
Workaround that worked for me: use the mobile app instead
Just wanted to put this out there in case anyone else is experiencing the same thing. Hopefully they fix it soon. I'll update when I hear back.
Edit: Issue resolved after 57 hours. Apparently a server problem.

Have you tried their mobile app? I find it easier to use than the website.
How was the packaging? Some agents are better than others with that.
