Problem with superbuy sheets - need help

Update on my superbuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with sheets. After reaching out to support (took 18 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 86% of users. Fixed within 28 hours.
