superbuy app tips I wish I knew earlier

Hey everyone, I've been using superbuy for about 16 months now and wanted to share my experience with their app feature. I started off completely clueless about how things work, but after some trial and error, I figured out the process. For anyone new, here's what I learned: First, make sure you understand the shipping calculations before placing orders. I made the mistake of not checking this and ended up paying more than expected. The app aspect is actually quite useful once you get the hang of it. I've ordered 75 items so far, and only had 1 issue that customer service helped resolve within 23 days. If anyone has questions, feel free to ask. I'm happy to help fellow shoppers avoid the mistakes I made.

How's their customer service if something goes wrong?

Have you tried their mobile app? I find it easier to use than the website.

Never thought about checking seller history like that. Good call!

Solid advice. The QC step is crucial - learned that the hard way myself.

How do their prices compare to other agents? Always looking to save a bit.

How was the packaging? Some agents are better than others with that.
