Update on my acbuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with app.
After reaching out to support (took 18 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 81% of users. Fixed within 9 hours.
For anyone experiencing similar issues:

- Try incognito mode
