Quick acbuy spreadsheet question from a new user

Warning to others - be careful with acbuy spreadsheet right now. There seems to be an issue with payment processing. I placed an order 3 days ago and it's been stuck in processing. After contacting support, they said they're aware of the issue affecting some users. Workaround that worked for me: wait a few hours and retry Just wanted to put this out there in case anyone else is experiencing the same thing. Hopefully they fix it soon. I'll update when I hear back. Edit: Issue resolved after 36 hours. Apparently a server problem.

Have you tried their mobile app? I find it easier to use than the website.
