Quick acbuy qc question from a new user

Hey everyone, I've been using acbuy for about 5 months now and wanted to share my experience with their qc feature. I started off completely clueless about how things work, but after some trial and error, I figured out the process. For anyone new, here's what I learned: First, make sure you understand the shipping calculations before placing orders. I made the mistake of not checking this and ended up paying more than expected. The qc aspect is actually quite useful once you get the hang of it. I've ordered 60 items so far, and only had 2 issue that customer service helped resolve within 14 days. If anyone has questions, feel free to ask. I'm happy to help fellow shoppers avoid the mistakes I made.

What's your go-to shipping method? I usually use Railway but wondering if there are better options.

Solid advice. The QC step is crucial - learned that the hard way myself.

How's their customer service if something goes wrong?

Have you tried their mobile app? I find it easier to use than the website.
