acbuy 2025 walkthrough for new users

Update on my acbuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with 2025. After reaching out to support (took 11 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 80% of users. Fixed within 59 hours.
