hoobuy finds tips I wish I knew earlier

Update on my hoobuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with finds. After reaching out to support (took 18 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 92% of users. Fixed within 24 hours.
