Update on my hoobuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with finds.
After reaching out to support (took 10 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 77% of users. Fixed within 61 hours.
For anyone experiencing similar issues:

- Try incognito mode
