hoobuy coupon codes - what nobody tells you

Update on my hoobuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with coupon codes. After reaching out to support (took 10 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 95% of users. Fixed within 38 hours.
