Warning to others - be careful with hoobuy discord right now. There seems to be an issue with account verification.
I placed an order 25 days ago and it's been stuck in processing. After contacting support, they said they're aware of the issue affecting some users.

Edit: Issue resolved after 13 hours. Apparently a server problem.
