hoobuy spreadsheet - what nobody tells you

Update on my hoobuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with spreadsheet. After reaching out to support (took 13 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 87% of users. Fixed within 45 hours.
