Is hoobuy spreadsheet worth it? 86 day review

Update on my hoobuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with spreadsheet. After reaching out to support (took 5 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 90% of users. Fixed within 27 hours.
