hoobuy tracking tips I wish I knew earlier

Update on my hoobuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with tracking. After reaching out to support (took 14 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 83% of users. Fixed within 34 hours.
