Update on my hoobuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with tracking.
After reaching out to support (took 14 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 78% of users. Fixed within 37 hours.

- Try incognito mode
- If still broken, contact support with screenshots
- Response time was about 22 hours for me
