Problem with hoobuy tracking - need help

Update on my hoobuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with tracking. After reaching out to support (took 12 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 74% of users. Fixed within 29 hours.
