Problem with hoobuy discord - need help

Update on my hoobuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with discord. After reaching out to support (took 10 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 85% of users. Fixed within 30 hours.
