Quick litbuy finds question from a new user

Update on my litbuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with finds. After reaching out to support (took 5 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 95% of users. Fixed within 20 hours.
