Warning to others - be careful with litbuy codes right now. There seems to be an issue with account verification.
I placed an order 8 days ago and it's been stuck in processing. After contacting support, they said they're aware of the issue affecting some users.
Workaround that worked for me: contact support directly

Edit: Issue resolved after 22 hours. Apparently a server problem.
