Warning to others - be careful with litbuy spreadsheet right now. There seems to be an issue with account verification.
I placed an order 28 days ago and it's been stuck in processing. After contacting support, they said they're aware of the issue affecting some users.
Workaround that worked for me: use the mobile app instead

Edit: Issue resolved after 34 hours. Apparently a server problem.
