Problem with litbuy shipping - need help

Update on my litbuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with shipping. After reaching out to support (took 3 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 77% of users. Fixed within 33 hours.
