Quick litbuy sheet question from a new user

Update on my litbuy situation - wanted to follow up on my previous post about issues with sheet. After reaching out to support (took 11 tries to get a helpful response), they confirmed it was a system glitch affecting about 90% of users. Fixed within 63 hours.
